Publicity
Charlotte has created events on LiveMusic and Facebook publicizing the Fall Concert. She will have the concert information cards and digital poster ready by mid-October.

The flyers and programs are in process. She needs program blurbs both for the season and this concert from Teresa. She is hoping to get program drafts out for proofreading by October 9th so I can get them to the printer by October 16th. Everything is super early this year.
Charlotte would still like to revive the friends of the orchestra mailing list, but she is not sure where to start. One step is to solicit e-mail addresses and the other is to set-up a mailing list in MailChimp, perhaps. I am reluctant to do the first step without knowing how to do the second step. She has the following questions about Mailchimp: Does our account allow for a second list? How hard is it to set up?

She has explored the website a bit, but finds the formatting changes beyond her self-taught abilities.

Website updates and future
The website needs to be updated. A new platform might be needed to improve the website. Bora said she would look into some of the potential platforms.

Report on Recording
The church will so the recording for us for about $100, which can be streamed. The Fall and Winter Concerts can be streamed without music fee requirements.
