Minutes
The October 19th and November 2nd Minutes approved as corrected.

Board Member Positions
A motion was made to have the officers remain in their current positions. It was approved by all. The Board Members are as follows:

President: Doug Potter
Vice-President: Dana Rosenbladt
Secretary: Koko Morgan
Treasurer: Linda O'Gara
Music Director: Teresa Metzger Howe (ex officio)
Development Director: Kathy Lillie
Membership Director: Bruce Sherman
Librarian: Hanan Bell
Venue Coordinator: Gennie Winkler
Publicity Coordinator: Kathleen O'Keeffe

Kathy Lillie term will be one-year. We need to continue to look for a new Development Director.

Vice-President's Report
Full participation in the sectionals is high desired. All members will be encouraged to attend.

Music Director's Report
Keyboardist has been found to play either a keyboard with a harpsichord option or piano for the Vivaldi piece next quarter. The rehearsal with the Seattle Girls' choir will be from
7:30 - 8:30 pm at the University Christian Church.

Treasurer's Report
The Symphony's checking account contains $10,749 and the savings account amount is $5,059.

Librarian's Report
The Symphony purchased the Vivaldi piece music for the Winter Concert. Hanan transposed the parts for the brass.

Publicity Coordinator's Report
For the Winter Concert more programs will be needed with the addition of the Choir members performing.

Membership Director's Report
Members will be encouraged to pay on time and no later then the third rehearsal.

Other
Is grant money available for the purchase of stands and stand storage carts for the rehearsal hall?
